Facility management is largely invisible but has a huge impact on everyday life in many ways. We
spend the biggest part of our lives in different facilities and half of our national overall wealth is in existing buildings in western countries. Facility management includes all the
actions that maintain facilities and make them enjoyable for all of us as users. At the moment professional facility management is concentrated in big organizations. Most of the facility maintenance activities of the smaller organizations and households are maintained rather inefficiently and irregularly.

Our final product is Domus Sapiens platform that re-invent facility management for the people in facilities they care about the most, their own homes.
We will transform houses into smart homes integrating disconnected home automation devices but also service providers into our Domus Sapiens platform. So resident can control their homes, automate maintaining and get help from a maintenance man immediately when needed.
